Because Butta Mélte products are handcrafted skincare items made in small batches, we do not accept returns on opened products. This policy exists to protect the safety and integrity of every customer's order.
All sales are final on opened items. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind every jar we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
Unopened Items
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
