Because every order is handcrafted in small batches, please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

- Ground Shipping ($6.95): A little faster at 5–7 business days. Great if you want your order within about a week without paying for express.
- Express ($15.25): Need it fast? Express arrives in just 2 business days after processing. Ideal for last-minute gifts or urgent restocks.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a USPS tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package in real time on the USPS website at usps.com.
If you don't receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
Heat & Weather Notice

Body butter is naturally heat-sensitive. During summer months or in warm climates, your product may arrive slightly softer than expected — this is completely normal and does not affect quality. Simply place the jar in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to firm it back up, then store in a cool, dry place.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, severe weather, or circumstances outside our control. However, if your package appears lost or has not moved in tracking for more than 5 business days, please reach out and we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue.
